How To Book Our Caribbean Catering

1. Enquiry

First things first – get in touch! Give us a call on 07535 606475 or head to our enquiries page to make your booking. What do you need? Let us know and we'll be in touch shortly.

2. Menu Creation

We'll put a great package together. What are you after? We do all those Caribbean classics that you love, with a contemporary twist, so you get a bit of the old and a bit of the new.

3. Food Health and Safety

The Dinner Tables strive for high food standards at all times. When hired, we cannot accept any additional food to be brought in by family and friends to be served alongside The Dinner Tables. This decision protects The Dinner Tables and our clients respectfully. 

4. The Money Bits

Once we've agreed the menu, we'll take a deposit of 60% which is non-refundable should your circumstances change or you need to cancel. The remaining balance will need to be paid six weeks before the start date of the event.

5. Recce

We'll need to see the venue before the event, to ensure that we can provide a high standard of events catering in South London and the surrounding areas. Every venue we serve at must have a working kitchen on-site.

6. Party Time!

We'll be there on the day of the event, at a pre-arranged time, to set up and prep. Then, when it's time to party, we'll be serving delicious Caribbean food for your whole party to enjoy!
